Guitar Hero for Wii and DS

Nintendo fan boys and girls can rejoice, the incredibly popular guitar shredding title Guitar Hero has been announced to hit Wii and DS in the fiscal year 2008. Activision CEO Mike Griffith slipped the big news after a preliminary earnings report, "In fiscal 2008, we'll double our offerings on DS and the Wii," he said mentioning titles such as Spiderman, Shrek, Transformers, and Guitar Hero.

The company responsible for Tony Hawk games, Neversoft, will likely work on atleast one of the Guitar Hero games. Unfortunately Activision didn't confirm accurate release information, for now it's somewhere between April 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008.
