Updated backward-compatibility list for Xbox 360Siggy @ Aug 29, 2006 02:01
The June update and the "controversial comments" from Peter Moore, Microsoft VP, woke up some discussion about Microsoft's effort on the backward-compatibility process. Peter Moore was quoted saying that no one really cared about backward-compatibility anymore.
However a new update has been confirmed and it includes some big names (True Crime: Streets of LA and Burnout 3: Takedown) among a list of less popular games, which just happened to work without major effort. The complete list of new and updated games below:

Microsoft has updated its Xbox 360 backward-compatibility list and added 39 new games to the list and nine games got an updated support. The last update was made one and a half month ago and added support for 27 games. The total backward-compatibility list now consist of more than 250 Xbox games playable on Xbox 360.
