Comment by: fgamer (Oct 18, 2008 07:13) 360 will not be replaced just yet, their selling to many to just drop it when it's reaching it's peak. |
Comment by: wrules (Oct 18, 2008 08:51) when do you think 360s will be replaced? |
Comment by: 13thHouR (Oct 18, 2008 08:55) Bundles suck, they are a rip off, just give us further reductions on the hardware and let us choose what software we want to purchase. |
Comment by: atomicxl (Oct 18, 2008 17:29) This is overkill to me. But certainly not a bad deal. I don't know what the guy above me is talking about. You're getting a game for half price. How on earth is that a rip-off? If you really hate it you can throw the game in the trash can out of spite as soon as you get it, you can buy the version that doesn't have any games, you can sell the game and use the $$$ to buy a game you want, or you buy a bundle that includes a game that you want.

Comment by: pomelo (Oct 20, 2008 16:02) I hope the U.S. gets some good bundles for the holiday's. |
Comment by: Jemborg (Oct 23, 2008 23:31) Bah, it a cop-out to say the X360 will be outdated in a hurry or that M$ will pop out a new platform in the next couple of years- that makes poor business sense. Development will proceed in optimising code for the thing regardless of what the naysayers reckon. Conversely $ony shoehorn in a single IBM processor designed specifically for cheaper massive multi-array supercomputers with a lamer GPU and PS3 true-believers think they own the shop. Never mind it takes twice as much money and time to get up to speed; and indie devs can just go to the wall as far as they're concerned.
