This mod for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City adds a speedometer which shows the speed in bottom right corner whenever you are driving.
Mod details:
To install simply drop the d3d8.dll file inside the zip into your Vice City root
directory (same directory as gta-vc.exe) and then play the game.
When you're in a car, the speedometer should automatically appear in the bottom
right corner of the screen (as in the screenshots).
