Final Fight: Streetwise is a classic fighting game, with three key elements which very much define your advancement in the game. The elements are called "Tension", "Money" and "Respect". The gameplay is affected by these three elements which you can raise in different game situations.
Increasing tension will give you a variety of new fighting moves including special combos and finishing moves. Money obviously helps you buy weapons or services which help you fulfill your goals. Respect is a hidden element in the game and affects the reactions you get from NPCs, the increased respect will open you access to additional features such as quests and items.
The game features interrogations, arm wrestling contests and so-called Mini Games between the fighting action.
