The Rise of the Witch-king promises to enhance all the features from the original The Battle For Middle-earth II and introduce a possibility to command the armies of evil while re-discovering the epic battles from the film trilogy.
This expansion includes a completely new faction, a new campaign and a variety of new units to all six existing factions. The campaign focuses on the evil Witch-king in his devastating rise to power and invasion of Arnor, the home of Aragorn's ancestors.
The unique and innovative features of Create-A-Hero and War of the Ring give depth to the new game experience. War of the Ring is a risk-style metagame and with Create-A-Hero you can create and customize your own hero, its weapons and armors.
