Requiring the original SWAT 4, Stetchkov Syndicate is an expasion which doesn't change anything major, and why should it? So what do you benefit from the expansion? The game is added with new weapons and other equipment as the enemy is more heavily armed than ever before. Not only they have the guns, but they certainly now have the brains. You are forced to use all the SWAT tactics to succeed.
The expansion comes with a new multiplayer mode called Smash & Grab. In the mode suspects try to move a briefcase from area to another before the time is up, while SWAT members try to stop them. The cooperation is now featured with a support for 10 players and the expansion has a built-in VoIP support. There are 7 new single and multiplayer maps.
