Create your own hero from the scratch. You will be able to design the costume for your hero, choose the hairstyle, colors, textures and patterns for your appearance. The huge variety of moving parts allows billions of different combinations, so you'll definetly get your own unique hero appearance. After you've designed your hero, it's time to give him the world-saving powers. You can choose from a variety of "power sets" and a total of over 40 powers, each with multiple sub-powers for your newly born hero.
Explore the Paragon City flying or jumping tall buildings and defend the citizens against evil villains. You can form Team of Heroes with other players and team-up against bigger bosses.
You will be able to play City of Heroes and City of Villains with one monthly fee.
