The story of Tenchu: Dark Secret begins where Tenchu: Birth of the Stealth Assassins left it. Princess Shizu, married to a cruel warlord Lord Hakkaku, has to be protected with any means possible by Rikimaru and Ayama of the Azuma Shinobi Ryu ninja clan.
The players are able to use traditional ninja weaponry, such as swords, as well as not-so-traditional explosive traps. If this isn't enough, the game lets you construct weapons and items. Tenchu: Dark Secret features a whopping over 40 single-player missions plus a possibility to try your skills against friends in wireless network games with three different multiplayer modes. To spicen up the network games, you will be able to buy, sell and trade items via Wi-Fi connection.
