Domark's Championship manager was recognised by football fans everywhere as the most realistic football simulation ever when the 93 edition was released. This would go down as the first of what would later become regular seasonal update in the Championship Manager series.

The new 1993 edition included all the latest league and tournament structures and the addition of over 50 or so new features including player statistics.
