Gran Turismo 5 will miss November release dateDela @ Oct 13, 2010 17:45 | 18 comments
"We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay, however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches," the official PlayStation blog reads.
However, the blog did say that despite not meeting the November 2 release date, the title "will" be released this coming holiday season. |

Comment by: DarthMopar (Oct 13, 2010 19:17) Damn, Damn, Damn! |

Comment by: Morreale (Oct 14, 2010 03:56) Who cares about the piracy protection? What kind of loser would actually not pay for this game? I'm a huge thieving pirate and I'm willing to buy this game along with another PS3 to play safely online with ('jailbreaking' my current console, eventually). It's probably the only game I really enjoy, along with the original Pokemons and other games I grew up with. |
Comment by: KillerBug (Oct 14, 2010 09:43) If they force me to spend 5 hours trying to hack the game from the disk, but I can download it pre-hacked, why would I then go out and buy a worthless disk? Just to feel warm and fuzzy about giving Polyphony (a division of sony) money? Sony has done everything they can to make my PS3 useless...why would I buy something that they have already made useless before I even buy it? I think I would feel better about giving money to Enron. |
Comment by: Zealousi (Oct 14, 2010 13:24) AS a gamer who has completed every GT to date with 1 mill in the bank on each save file, this is very disappointing to read but i do not support sony what so ever as they are the biggest Jews in the gaming industry along with EA.....As a matter of fact they are best friends with EA.

Comment by: Mysttic (Oct 14, 2010 14:09) Well according to the President at Polyphony, they want to work on touching up the final stages. Said it should still be released this year. |
Comment by: kikzm33z (Oct 14, 2010 14:59) They've delayed this game so much it's starting to get funny.

Comment by: lawndog (Oct 14, 2010 23:53) Holly snotballs. I actually forgot about this game. I have the GT5p, and waitted for GT5, and waitted and waitted. While waiting beat GT5p shelved it and completly forgot.
