This patch upgrades Fury - Age of the Chosen from v26509 to v32878 and includes tons of new stuff.

Patch details:

Patch Notes for the Age of the Chosen free content update released 14 December 2007

* Added new free2play "Chosen" account type and adjusted access privileges for Heroes. For more details on the differences between the three account types as of the Age of the Chosen update, please visit this page.

Tutorial Update

* Removed the tutorial voice over.
* Revised the order and flow of the tutorial and added some new lessons teaching less understood elements of Fury's game play and interface.
* Added a repeatable training zone where you can beat up on bots for as long as you like. Players can return to the tutorial sanctuary at any time to access this training zone.
* New players will now remain in the tutorial zone until they have completed 10 matches.
* 1v1 Elimination, Carnage and Training Grounds Bloodbath warmasters are now available from the tutorial.
* Archetype selection NPCs now also offer all starting trials.
* Added Mentor NPCs for each Archetype offering all abilities unlocked during the tutorial.
* Added an Item Broker NPC.
* Added a Dye vendor.
* Added a Condition Repair vendor.
* Added a Container vendor.

NPC Consolidation

* Removed all Scroll vendors.
* Updated the visual appearance of several NPCs.

Sanctarum: Gates of War
o Combined Trial NPCs for each archetype and adjusted their placement:
+ On the top of the tower there are now 8 Archetype specific Trial NPCs who offer all trials up to, and including, the first step of the main line trials.
+ At the portal leading to each School sanctuary there are now 2 Trial NPCs - one for each appropriate Archetype, eg Champion and Healer at the Life School portal - offering all trials for that Archetype.
o Combined Mentor NPCs for each archetype and adjusted their placement:
+ On the top of the tower there are now 8 Archetype specific Mentor NPCs who sell tier 1 of all abilities you have unlocked.
+ At the portal leading to each School sanctuary there are now 2 Mentor NPCs - one for each appropriate Archetype, eg Champion and Healer at the Life School portal - offering all abilities for that Archetype.
o Removed all other Trial and Mentor NPCs for the Sanctarum.
o Added 1v1 Elimination and Carnage matchmakers to the top of the tower.
o Adjusted placement of the matchmaker statues closer to the central tower in Sanctarum. The Warmasters available at each statue are now appropriate to the School for that side of the Sanctarum:
+ Life: none
+ Death: Bloodbath, Training Grounds Bloodbath and Carnage
+ Decay: 1v1 Elimination and 4v4 Elimination
+ Growth: Vortex
o Combined all pre-made earring, ring, necklace and belt vendors into a single Ornamentals vendor.

School Sanctuaries
o Reduced the number of NPCs in each School sanctuary to the following list:
+ Matchmakers for all 6 game types.
+ Weapon vendor for the appropriate faction.
+ Armor vendor for the appropriate faction.
+ Ornamentals vendor.
+ 2 Trial NPCs (one for each appropriate Archetype) offering all trials for those archetypes.
+ 2 Mentor NPCs (one for each appropriate Archetype) offering all abilities for those archetypes.
+ Faction donation NPC.
+ Alchemist.
+ 4 Factional item vendors.
o Reduced the accessible area of the School sanctuaries. Additional areas of these maps will be reopened in future updates.

Carnage

* Implemented a new Carnage game type.
o Added 3 new Carnage maps.
o Additional details on Carnage will be included in a Guide on the new website.

1v1 Elimination

* Implemented a 1v1 Elimination variant.
o Added 4 new 1v1 Elimination maps.
o 1v1 Elimination is "Best of Three" format.

New Equipment System

* Overhauled all items in the game. Equip Point cost of items is now directly related to item rarity. The new system is simpler and it should be easier to obtain the specific items you want.
* For all newly obtained items in Age of the Chosen:
o Weapons will deal more damage.
o Armor will grant more bonus health.
o Ornamental items cost fewer Equip Points.
* All pre-created items sold by NPCs have been revised.
* The "Tier" concept has been mostly removed from items.
* Removed a large number of item enchantments deemed bad for game play.
* Artificer prices have been increased to reflect the improved probability of obtaining specific items.
* Improved the tooltips for all items.
* Made the purple and blue item name colors more purple and more blue.
* All items obtained prior to the Age of the Chosen update are considered "Legacy" items:
o Legacy items cost significantly more to repair.
o The following Equip POint and rarity combinations are considered to be Legacy items:
+ 5 EPs: Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple
+ 8 EPs: Blue, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple
+ 11 EPs: White, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple
+ 16 EPs: White, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple
+ 25 EPs: White, Green, Orange, Red, Purple
+ 31 EPs: White, Green, Blue, Red, Purple
+ 40 EPs: White, Green, Blue, Yellow, Red, Purple
+ 50 EPs: White, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple
+ 62 EPs: White, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange
+ 75 EPs: White, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange, Red
o Long term, Legacy items will be removed from the game. As part of a future update, Equipment tooltips will be changed to indicate which items are Legacy items.
* Buy and Sell prices at the Item Broker updated to reflect the new equipment system.
* Revised the pre-order armor sets to fit with the new equipment system.
* Set bonuses for Destroyer, Oracle, Defiler and Overlord updated.

User Interface

* Fixed the issues causing "GUI Lag". Interface updating should now be prompt, ensuring that players know the status of their character as accurately as possible.
* Redesigned the Artificer interface. This GUI now remains open for artificing multiple items and remembers your settinsg between item purchases. The new GUI also includes your inventory display.
* Added a check mark to indicate an ability is equipped while browsing the Ability list. A solid check mark indicates the ability is on your quickbar at the selected tier. A transparent check mark indicates the ability is on your quickbar at a different tier from that currently selected.
* Improved combat log messages associated with re-applying or stacking debuffs and buffs.
* Added warning messages when a player attempts to /tell or /teamchallenge someone on their ignore list.
* Added team color to the bottom GUI bar in Warzones.
* The friends list now correctly shows the "last online" time and date for each listed friend.
* Improved behaviour of "Target Next..." and "Target Previous..." options. Added user definable options for setting behavior of these hotkeys to be based on distance or current camera facing.
* Revised the Auctioneer GUI. The most noticeable change is the removal of tabs from within the panel.
* Fixed a bug preventing mouse wheel scrolling of the enchantment list on the Auctioneer GUI.
* Added some missing item effects to the Auctioneer search tool.
* Added "Hostile hits Hostile" message window options. These options take effect in Bloodbath and are set to Off by default.
* 'Clan Names' interface option now displays the correct tooltip.
* Added a scrollbar to the Instance Transfer dropdown box.
* Fixed bugs with attaching items and gold to a mail message.
* Updated subject lines for auto-generated mail messages delivering gold and items won after matches.
* Updated the Low Spec Renderer version of the targeting arrow.
* Fixed a bug with Ability display on the quickbar when weapons are equipped/unequipped.
* Added new text to the /teamchallenge interfaces to clarify functionality of this command.
* Fixed a bug that incorrectly allowed a note to be entered for a character that had just been removed from the friends or ignore lists.
* Updated the tooltips displayed when mousing over the Renderer video options.
* Fixed a bug that could cause ability or money icons to become stuck on screen.
* Fixed some bugs with the Clan GUI.
* Fixed an interface display bug with gold when gold is removed from a trade.
* The combat log feedback for Blood Points earned by holding Blood Tokens in the Bloodbath game type now displays to 1 decimal place.
* Changed the "Initiate Trade" GUI option to "Start Trade' to match the chat line command /starttrade.
* Added a button to display credits in-game to the game menu.
* Fixed a bug that could cause an incorrect tooltip to appear for items linked in chat.
* Made several small changes to the interface related to feedback on abilities being used.

Abilities

* Increased the Essence requirements for trials.
* Corrected the tooltips for Sacrifice and Ice Forge. These are now correctly marked to indicate these abilities are only usable on the user.
* Corrected the tooltips for Dragnet and Entrap. These are now correctly marked as being affected by diminishing returns.
* Fixed a bug with Terrorize. This ability is now correctly Point Blank Area of Effect targeted.
* Fixed a bug with Swamp Scourge where the damage component was not applied.
* Updated the tooltip for Howl of the Wild to clarify functionality of this ability.
* Updated all ability tooltips to correctly indicate ability 'tier' instead of 'rank'.
* Fixed a typo in the tooltips for the ability Rally.
* Updated tooltips for all abilities that cause a carried Vortex Crystal to be dropped to make this effect clearer.
* Updated tooltips for the Invoker death blows Kingslayer and Cleave to correctly describe the cast time for these abilities.
* Updated the tooltips for the abilities Terrorize and Nightmare.
* Beneficial abilities cast on friendly targets are no longer redirected if the selected target is out of range or line of sight.
* Fixed a bug where Stormwind incorrectly applied water damage instead of air damage.
* Added four new abilities listed below. These abilities will be available to all characters and do not cost any equip points. Existing characters will receive these abilities automatically, while new characters will learn them during the revised tutorial.
o Sprint: Temporarily increases the user's movement speed. This ability is self only.
o Liberate: Using this ability will break any disruption effects placed on the user. This ability also renders the user immune to stun, root, pacify, terror, mesmerize, knockback and teleport effects. This ability is self only. {Note: Liberate is non-functional in this build. It will be fixed in the next patch.}
o Elemental Immunity: Temporarily renders the user immune to charge manipulation effects. Charges can still be generated and consumed through normal ability use. This ability is self only.
o Elemental Purge: Strips the user of all their charges. A useful counter to charge manipulation. This ability is self only.
* Fixed the "Effect Category" listing for Venom Spear. This is now correctly listed as Damage and Over Time.
* Added a 45 second immunity to re-application to the ability Elemental Immunity.
* Frozen Agony will now always hit.

Warzones

* Improved the visibility of the targeting arrows in the Low Spec Renderer.
* Updated the overhead map (M) for the Vortex warzone Divide.
* Changed the Cure Poison powerups in the Cloudrider Temple Elimination map to Damage Absorption Shields.
* Adjusted placement of jump pads on the Bloodbath Winnowing map.
* Fixed a bug that could cause returned Vortex Crystals to not appear correctly held by the crystal stand.
* Added reporting of the ladder value of a match to the end-match scoreboard. You can find this value on the bottom left of the panel.
* Added an option to have the combat chat log saved to a text file at match completion.

Sanctuaries

* Characters using portals to travel from School maps back to the Sanctarum will now appear near the appropriate School portals.
* Added low gravity zones to the Sanctarum to facilitate 'stupid fun'.

Graphical Assets

* Made over 100 art changes and improvements to existing maps, including:
o Fixes for collision issues.
o Fixes for environmental textures.
o Fixes for holes in the environment.
o Fixed a shrubbery that would sometimes vanish. Ni!
o And many more...!
* Made visual changes to the Life School area of the Sanctarum.

Animations

* Fixed a bug that could cause the Massacre death blow animation to fail.
* Fixed a bug that could cause the Slaughter death blow animation to fail.

Combat Mechanics

* Increased base Health of all characters from 2500 to 3000.
* Added a new Combat Fatigue debuff
o A character receiving damage in combat will gradually develop Combat Fatigue.
o This debuff reduces the effectiveness of incoming healing by a percentage.
o The percentage starts at 5% and increases over time until healing becomes ineffective.
* Bloodbath scoring has been adjusted to reduce the excessive magnitude of some point gains. No points are gained from grey kills and white kills net very few points. Killing points leaders with only a few seconds left on the timer should no longer jump a player excessively up the leaderboard.
* The definition of a premade group/team has been changed from 4 members for all game types to {50% of game type team size}+1. When entering matchmaking a group of 3 for 4v4 Elimination and a team of 5 for Vortex will now be considered a premade.
* Capturing and defending Team Nodes is now included in the end-match performance rating.
* Adjusted the amount of Essence earned at match completion. Essence rewards are no longer linear based on finishing position.
* Global Cooldown on ability use increased to 1.3 seconds.

Miscellaneous

* Fixed a bug with the awarding of the rested gold bonus at the end of a match.
* Fixed a bug that caused the camera zoom setting to be reset after zoning or respawning.
* Blocked clan creation attempts while queued to enter a warzone.
* Fixed a bug that returned essence to the character after making a donation.
* Teams are now longer disbanded automatically following a /teamchallenge Bloodbath match.
* Fixed a typo in the 'Shrine of the Icebringer' descriptive text.
* Fixed a typo in the "of Horror" item modifier.
* Updated French localisations.
* Updated German localisations.
* Fixed a bug that caused the mouse sensitivity option to reset when joining or leaving a zone.
* Added a new information trial on UAA packs.
* Fixed a bug that would prevent the item delete option being displayed if an item was dropped over a tooltip box.
* Fixed an artwork bug with the Bastard Sword.
* Fixed a bug that could cause "CHANGE ME" to appear in the combat log when abilities and weapons were being swapped on the quickbar.
* Fixed a bug that allowed a player to modify abilities and weapons on the quickbar when the Change Incarnation dialogue was open.
* Bot character names no longer appear purple.
* Added a system chat message to confirm the purchase of an item through an Artificer.
* Removed all Obelisk NPCs. These NPCs will return when the Obelisk system is functional.
* Fixed a bug with setting the "Mute All Sound" audio option. Fixed a bug with the "Mute All Sound" hotkey option.
* Reduced the tax on mailed gold from 10% to 3%.
* Improved in-game explanations on how loot rolling and allocation works.
* Fixed an issue with Harwen Sagewick's neck missing a texture. Harwen is no longer at risk of losing his head.
* Fixed a bug that would result in an inability to /claninvite a player.
* Removed all Scroll Vendor NPCs from the game.
* Fixed a bug that displayed an inconsistent skin color on when some chest armor pieces were equipped.
* Made the black dye more black.
* Fixed a bug where players were sometimes getting "Missing weapon style" messages when changing between two valid incarnations.
* Fixed a bug where a character not in a group was incorrectly given the "Your team is already in ready check" error message.
* Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented a player from being able to repair durability on all items at once.
* Video settings now default to the Low Spec Renderer for new installations.
* Made the cooldown sweep on ability icons more visible.
* Added Renderer version in use text to the splash screen.
* Fixed the artwork for the Perkon in the Low End Renderer.
