This game seemed rather interesting and as I tried it out for few ours proved some addictiviness. The intense atmosphere and graphics were nice, but the top-down perspective IMO takes some of the visual appeal away. Though the perspective gives you a good view around you the fact that you don't have to watch your back makes the game less "scary". The weapon system is great and I like the upgradable weapons. The short time I had to try out this game, really didn't give me a good look at the variety of locations, monsters and weapons it promises. The difficulty of the game suprised me, these kind of games usually have been (atleast for me) nothing but a run-through-type games, but in some sequences you really had to try. Shadowgrounds is a good shooter, but that's about it, the "missions", or whatever you could call them, are just waste of time. The game is best at brainless shooting, and if you don't mind completing some missions interrupting the great shooting action this might be the game for you.
