Design the costume, modify your appearance with a variety of options and millions of character combinations including new archtypes, origins and power sets. Start from the villain base Rogue Island and make your way to Paragon City and unleash terror.
Start of as a thug and grow your power as a villain to ultimately become a legendary arch-criminal with deadly villain powers. You can create Squad of Villains with other villain players to neutralize bigger threaths, and build hidden lairs and forge new weapons for your evil adventures. The game features variety of villain missions including heists, kidnappings, infiltrations, and more.
