EA must be kicking themselves now, more than a decade after they said they did not want to publish CM 1. A game made by two football fanatics, Oliver and Paul Collyer, from their bedroom in sleepy Shropshire, it had to contend with the likes of Premier Manager and The Manager. Sales were steady and it was here that the fanatical fanbase was born.
